Dare to use the Meeting Room for your business seminar in Avoriaz! We suggest that you create an atypical presentation that will wow your clients/collaborators. Available to you is all the technical equipment that you may need to assure that your event is great: video projected onto the igloo wall surface, LED screen etc…
You can also use from the rooms in the heart of the ski station which hold up to 300 people, and then join us for a team building activity, a frosty aperitif, or a night partying on the ice dance floor!

Tempted by the 180m2 igloo which is full of surprises? Ice Bar, sculptures, cocktail zone, dance floor…
After a crazy descent in toboggans or a snow racket hike (20-30 mins), simply walk for 15 mins maximum to discover
Village Igloo in the heart of the Avoriaz ski station.
Be blown away by the igloo which isn't comparable to anything else, highlighted with LED light illuminations and furniture covered in animal skins.
Optional: music group, riffle air shooting activity, live ice sculpting, themed aperitifs, and much more…!

Once the slopes have closed, we can offer you an exclusive activity for your group: a crazy descent down the slopes in toboggans!
For safety, everyone will be equipped with a headlight for the descent. ESF monitors will accompany your group on the descent to ensure everyone is safe.
Participants will take the ski lift, exclusively open for your group, to return to Village Igloo after the activity. The descent lasts around 20 minutes, after a short technical and safety briefing.
catering for your event
We suggest that you opt for the traditional savoyarde meal which celebrates the cheese fondue! Village Igloo will serve you.
There is also a cocktail range and buffet available- keeping with the frosty theme, of course.
Capacity: 200 people for cocktails, 60 for a seated dinner.
For your aperitif, try the Arctic Glasses:
- panna cotta with grained mustard and cream carrot soup,
- gravlax salmon with citrus fruit segments,
- mini tandoori chicken burgers,
- carpaccio beef with comfit tomatoes, etc…
To increase the cosy feeling, opt for the igloo's giant sharing dish! We offer a sharing platter of local savoyarde flavours: tariflette or a large croziflette.
After the dinner in our exceptional ice dining room, you and your party can continue the evening on our ice dance floor (on request).
